COLUMBIA, S.C. (October 21, 2013) – Sagacious Partners, a Columbia-based economic development and consulting firm, has added Kristin Hamilton as a Project Manager, bolstering the firm’s expertise in project management and marketing.
Hamilton will be overseeing and assisting with statewide and regional industry cluster projects related to insurance technology, transportation, distribution and logistics, education, recycling, and others.
“We’re proud to attract highly talented people who can contribute to the success of our clients’ projects from day one,” said Neil McLean, founder and managing partner of Sagacious Partners. “Kristin’s background in account management and marketing will be valuable assets for our clients.”
Before joining Sagacious Partners, Hamilton worked at Greenville-based commercial real estate firm NAI Earle Furman, where she was responsible for marketing and research initiatives including quarterly market reports, corporate branding, advertising design and placement, public relations and event planning. Prior to that, Hamilton spent several years at advertising agency Erwin Penland, also in Greenville, where she worked in account management for clients in the financial, real estate and medical industries. She also spent time at public relations firm Edelman in Chicago.
Hamilton is a two-time graduate of the University of Florida, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising, and later with a Master of Advertising degree. Hamilton’s experience will add additional depth to the firm’s project management and marketing capabilities that will help to better serve its clients.
