What would I do everyday?
The person in this role has the responsibility of supporting our Client Experience Officer & Practice Manager, as well as our other Leadership Team members as needed. This involves:
- Coordinating with Client Experience Officer & Practice Manager on routine daily/weekly/monthly tasks, including but not limited to: post office runs, picking up materials, running errands, picking up client session lunches and more.
- Assisting with client session logistics, including session room set-up and take down, food and beverage restocking, and material preparation.
- Handling client/team needs that don’t require the leadership team’s specialized attention.
- Following our internal processes, systems and checklists to ensure consistency.
- Assisting with office management including unpacking, organizing and managing supplies and tools; optimizing and maintaining office space.
What do I need to be successful in this role?
- A do-er. Plain and simple. We have a small team servicing a full load of clients, so we need people who are motivated to get the job done and enjoy being busy.
- Be a problem-solver: speaking up when you see an opportunity to do something better or more efficiently.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

- Knowledge of Google Apps is a plus.
Job Requirements
- Located in Columbia, S.C.
- Must be available during office hours (8:30am – 5:30pm) for up to 10 hours per week, and keep a consistent schedule once established.
- Must have own reliable transportation and car insurance.
- Though this is primarily a support role, applicant should also have own laptop computer.
